minnesota vikings

Minnesota Vikings veteran safety Anthony Harris will play out his one-year tender as a deal did not get completed by the deadline, which will be worth $11.4 million, according to NFL Network insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero.

According to the St. Paul Pioneer Press’ Chris Tomasson, the two sides were discussing a deal up until the deadline, but will now have to wait until next year to work out a contract extension.

Harris, 28, is considered to be one of the NFL’s best safeties.
