The Pittsburgh Steelers are still feeling the effects of their loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs and head coach Mike Tomlin is feeling the heat.

According to Mike Florio of PFT ,some Steelers minority owners are pushing for the team to fire coach Mike Tomlin.

While the 13 members have no decision making power they do “have a pipeline” to owner Art Rooney and they intend to make their case for a coaching change.

In Tomlin’s eleven seasons at the helm, the team has missed the playoffs only three times, winning a Super Bowl  after the 2008 season.

A change would be very sudden for an organization that has had only three coaches since 1969, including Chuck Noll, Bill Cowher, and Tomlin.
