The New York Jets questionable decision to trade a 5th-round draft pick to the San Francisco 49ers for cornerback Rashard Robinson is looking worse by the day.

Robinson was charged with drug possession following a December arrest, according to Manish Mehta of the Daily News.

To make matters worse Robinson was a no-show for his court date on Monday and is now scheduled to appear in front of a judge on January 29th, according to Darryl Slater of NJ.com.

Should Robinson fail to appear, an arrest warrant will be issued.

Morris County police found a marijuana-laced candy (THC infused Peanut Budda Buddah Candy) in Robinson’s possession after he was pulled over for careless driving last month, according to the Associated Press.

According to Mehta’s report, Robinson had an embarrassing and troubling incident on a 49ers flight earlier this season and got into it with coaches on the sideline in his final game with the team.
