The Miami Dolphins are looking to make some changes this offseason after a frustrating and disappointing 2017 regular season, and the team started to lay the ground work for those changes this week.

According to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald, the Dolphins interviewed Bears offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains.

Miami with head coach Adam Gase met with Loggains to discuss taking on a significant workload in preparing the offense week to week.

It is unclear how any pending hire would impact the status of current offensive coordinator Clyde Christensen.

The Dolphins also have a glaring need for an offensive line coach and may be wise to kick the tires on bringing in a defensive coordinator to supplant Matt Burke, who seemed out-coached far too often during the season.
