Houston Texans head coach Bill O’Brien may be on the hot seat, but the coach is not going to step down from him head coaching post.

On Sunday, Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reported that the Texans and O’Brien could be headed for a split after the 2017 season.

“I will never quit as the head coach of the Houston Texans,” O’Brien sai, via Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle.

“I’m not a quitter. I was raised in a family that believes in family, faith, education, never quitting.”

O’Brien has a reportedly rocky relationship with Texans general manager Rick Smith and the team’s struggles may also factor into a departure decision.
