Jets, Sheldon Richardson Mutually Interested In Reunion
A familiar face may eventually find his way back to the New York Jets.
Seattle Seahawks defensive lineman Sheldon Richardson, who was acquired from the Jets earlier this season, is set to reach the open market in March and when he does, both Richardson and the Jets are interested in reuniting, according to Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News.
Richardson, who has done nothing special during his time in Seattle, has 37 total tackles, one sack, one forced fumble, one pass break-up, and one interception thus far this season.
With the drop in his play, the Jets could land Richardson for a fairly reasonable deal in free agency.
