The Atlanta Falcons brought in former Buffalo Bills and Philadelphia Eagles’ cornerback Leodis McKelvin for a workout on Thursday, according to Field Yates of ESPN.

Atlanta could use the insurance in the secondary as Desmond Trufant’s status is in the air as he is in concussion protocol.

McKelvin has yet to play this season but has worked out for the Los Angeles Rams and the New Orleans Saints back in August.

The Eagles released McKelvin in February after one season. McKelvin spent 8 seasons with the Bills.
