The hits keep on coming for the Miami Dolphins. Miami will be without starting running back Damien Williams for some time as Williams suffered a dislocated shoulder during Sunday’s game against the New England Patriots.

Miami will now turn to Kenyan Drake to carry the bulk of the load during Williams’ absence.

Williams’ shoulder dislocation may cause him to miss time, according to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport.

Williams, 25, will become an unrestricted free agent in 2018. Miami will likely sign a running back to fill out their roster as they now only have Drake and Senorise Perry in the backfield.

Williams took over the bulk of the running workload when Miami traded running back Jay Ajayi to the Philadelphia Eagles ahead of this season’s trade deadline.
