The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are currently in “wait and see” mode after quarterback Jameis Winston underwent X-Rays and an MRI on his injured shoulder after Sunday’s game.

Winston left Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints after suffering a shoulder injury. Winston was replaced by Ryan Fitzpatrick as his team went on to lose.

Tampa Bay head coach Dirk Koetter said that Winston is having X-rays to determine if the quarterback re-injured his shoulder of if this is a new injury, according to Pewter Report.

NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported that Winston had received X-rays and an MRI and that the team is currently in a holding pattern as Winston’s status is currently unknown.
