The New England Patriots will have to find some help after news broke that linebacker Dont’a Hightower will miss the rest of the 2017 season due to a torn pectoral muscle, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Hightower has recorded 14 tackles and 2.0 sacks in five games this season. Hightower racked up 65 tackles and 2.5 sacks last season, when he was named to the Pro Bowl.

Veteran linebacker David Harris will likely fill the void left by Hightower’s injury but New England may still see what’s available on the free agent market for additional depth.
