It didn’t take long for former Denver Broncos safety Tj Ward to find a new place to call home.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are expected to sign the free agent safety to a one-year deal worth $5 million, according to ESPN’s Josina Anderson.

Ward registered 87 combined tackles (69 solo), eight pass breakups, three forced fumbles, an interception and a sack last season with Denver.

Ward, 30, had an interception and a fumble recovery during the Broncos Super Bowl 50 victory over the Carolina Panthers.
