It didn’t take long for former Philadelphia Eagles 1st round pick Marcus Smith to find a new gig.

Cut by the team that drafted him on Thursday, the pass rusher found a new home with the Seattle Seahawks.

Smith, 25, agreed to terms with Seattle on Friday, per NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport.

Smith will join the likes of Michael Bennett, Cliff Avril and Frank Clark on Seattle’s defensive line rotation.

Smith will be looking to bounce back after a slow and rather unproductive start to his career. He has posted only 4 sacks over his 1st 3 seasons in the NFL, very underwhelming for a former first round pick.
